Graham Stevens provides incredible service and motivation with warmth, energy and understanding of her client's individual needs. Her 15 years of experience in the Spartanburg/Greenville Real Estate market are reflected in her success and passion for her work.

As a licensed builder Graham offers extensive knowledge in new home construction, building materials, home décor and design. Graham feels that it is imperative that she understands all aspects of Real Estate in order to benefit her clients.

Graham's experience is rare in the Real Estate industry. For sellers her experience in the staging, pricing and marketing of a home result in most of her listed properties being sold within 90 days. She gives her buyers the edge in Real Estate through her extensive knowledge of new home construction, contract negotiation and market conditions. Having a wonderful relationship with several lenders provides an additional level of service that simplifies the process for her clients.

Graham has enjoyed much personal and professional success, and realizes the importance of contributing to her community. She has worked with the Children's Shelter, Children's Miracle Network and several local families in the Spartanburg/Greenville area. She has been a Sunday school teacher and currently attends Grace Church in Greenville. Her love of cooking and entertaining is how she spends her free time.

As a Real Estate agent Graham feels that her role is one of educating her clients versus one of selling. She believes that when people are given reliable information that they will make the best decision based on their individual needs. Through this education process is where long term relationships are developed. Graham is proud of the fact that most of her business is from referrals and repeat clients.

Alice has over five years of residential and commercial construction experience. She also has over twelve years in office management experience. She enjoys every aspect of the Real Estate industry and has worked hand and hand with County and City officials, Builders, Real Estate Agents, and Clients. Her vast knowledge and experience in construction makes her a great asset to The Graham Stevens Team.

Alice is a licensed Realtor and Notary Public in the State of South Carolina. She has completed several new construction courses such as Blue Print Reading & Quantity Take-Off. She is now looking forward to taking her Residential Builders Exam and will be pursuing her General Contractors License soon after.

Alice thoroughly enjoys the Real Estate and Construction Industry and all it has to offer. She feels blessed to be in a position where she does what she loves! She wants each client to feel appreciated and needed as they all become part of our rapidly growing family. She says that her greatest motivation is her children whom keep her working harder each day.

During his personal time, Derrick is an animal enthusiast and a steward to our environment.  He resides in the Spartanburg/Boiling Springs area and enjoys volunteering to raise money for animal shelters, environmental protection agencies and terminal illness foundations. Giving back to society and educating others about these topics is very important to him.
